We're pleased to offer an opportunity for young and old to experience the thrill of steam. The steam train departs from the E&N Train Station (3100 Kingsway), unless otherwise noted.

June 5 - 'New Vintage' Wine Steam Train (Chase & Warren Estate Winery), 1:00 pm departure 
June 16 - Father's Day Wine Steam Train (Chase & Warren Estate Winery), 1:00 pm departure
June 17 - Beaufort Gang Train Robbery / Father's Day Special, 12 Noon departure
June 23 - Summer Steam Special, 12 Noon departure

Fares (taxes not included):
Wine Steam Train - June 5 & 16
Adult (over 19) $40.00 - includes steam train, apetizers, and wine tasting.  Reservations required 250-723-9463

Beaufort Gang Train Robbery / Father's Day Special - June 17
Adult $27.25, senior/youth $21.00, child $17.75, family $71.50.  Note: Dads ride for free if accompanied by a paying child.

Summer Steam Special - June 23
Adult $25.25, senior/youth $19.00, child $15.75, family $67.50.

Summer 2012

June 30 to September 3

Not only can you take the steam train out to the McLean Mill on Steam Days, you can also see the steam-operated sawmill in action.  And, on Super Steam Sundays you can see the steam donkey and the heel boom loader as well. 
 

Fares:
steam train & sawmill: adult $29.95, senior/youth $22.50, child $18.75, family $79.95
steam train (round trip only): adult $20.00, senior/youth $15.00, child $12.50, family $60.00

*Beaufort Gang Train Robbery: +$2 to fare
Family: maximum of five, 2 adults and 3 children/youth (5-18)
Group Rates: discounted rates are available to groups of 15 or more, who pay together in one sum.  Bus driver and tour escort are admitted to the mill site and/or train free of charge.  For groups of 14 or fewer, the regular rate applies.

Wine Steam Train - Chase & Warren Estate Winery

 The Alberni Pacific "Steam" Railway is pleased to announce that they now stop at the Chase & Warren Estate Winery during their Summer Season. Chase & Warren is Canada's only winery with direct access by rail, and offers guided tours, sampling and of course the opportunity to purchase one of their wines such as a bottle of Pinot Noir, Beaufort Blush, Oraninesteiner or Gervurtztraiminer. This family-run winery started planting in 1996, sold their first bottle of wine in 2003, and now grows 38 varieties of grape.
